2024 China Silver Pandas | 30g Silver Coins

Chinese Silver Pandas have been released annually as regular bullion mintage since 1988. The year 2020 Chinese Pandas contain 30 grams of Silver (Ag) which is slightly less than 1 troy ounce being exactly .9645 troy ounces of .999 pure silver. This change took place in the year 2016 for silver pandas and is the new standard for silver panda bullion coins from China.

Each panda has a face value of 10 Yuan (¥10) backed by the People's Republic of China and each year the obverse of the silver panda changes in design while the reverse always features the Temple of Heaven with the year-date below. For the year 2020, the obverse features a baby cub panda lying on its back eating bamboo and reaching for more; the weight (30g) fineness, (999), content (Ag) and face value (10¥) are all noted on the obverse design as well.
